“Yoga begins where strength meets softness — in awareness of breath, alignment, and inner presence.”
VeraCo-founder of Sangita Yoga Studio

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for more than a decade. In 2014, I completed my teacher training at Prana, one of the largest yoga centers in Russia, and continued learning from international masters and Indian teachers such as Dr. Madhavan and Bal Mukhund Singh.
With a background in Biochemistry and ongoing studies in anatomy, yoga therapy, prenatal yoga, and Ayurveda, I bring both scientific knowledge and traditional wisdom into my classes.
I created my own approach — Virah Yoga. Virah in Sanskrit means “hero.” My mission is to help students unlock their inner strength, balance body and mind, and feel empowered on and off the mat.

My name is Natalia. I am a certified teacher, choreographer, ballet master, leader of a children’s group, and a 2nd category folk dance artist. I came to yoga in 2017.Since 2021, i have been a certified teacher of ashtanga and aerial yoga. I am also currently studying for a second degree in «value-oriented psychology».
I invite everyone to our cozy, light-filled sangita studio for group and individual classes. I teach yoga, aerial yoga, temple dances, and, of course, sound healing.
I look forward to welcoming you to my classes. With love , your Natalia!

A teacher with a higher education, a certified transformational coach (ICI), and a certified facilitator of OSHO Active Meditations and Awareness Meditations from the “Book Of Secrets” based on the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra treatise.
I also have additional professional education in sound therapy and Yin
Yoga.
I invite you to take part in my sound healing sessions where I immerse guests in the world of healing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and the gong. This is a truly transformative space where everyone feels like at home.
During my sessions I love using Metaphorical Associative Cards (MAC) and Tarot as tools for self-knowledge.
l also organize women circles and retreats where every woman can easily open her heart, feel free and desired… like a Goddess.
Come and try these magic practices.

Inga is a certified yoga teacher, certified vegan nutritionist and detox specialist, certified spiritual psychology coach.
Inga’s yoga classes are a perfect balance of a dynamic flow, purifying breathwork and rejuvenating sound healing meditation.

A psychologist, mother of two, and certified aerial yoga teacher.
“Each class is an act of care for the body and support for the nervous system.”
Zhanna specializes in body awareness, breathwork, and emotional regulation.

My professional education and years of experience have allowed me to deeply explore the connection between the body and mind, uniting them in perfect harmony. I graduated from the Kharkiv State Academy of Sports and Tourism and the Faculty of Psychology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, providing me with a strong foundation for working with people.
For over 24 years, I have been dedicated to teaching. During this time, I have earned the title of “Master+” trainer, become an aerial yoga instructor, and specialized as a rehabilitation therapist using the Body Balance method. I’ve had the privilege of performing as an artist in international ballet projects and large-scale shows, collaborating with renowned performers, and creating dance productions.
My personal achievements continue to inspire me to grow and move forward. As a Master of Sport, a member of the Ukrainian national acrobatics team, a multiple-time champion, and an international competition medalist, I have gained confidence and a passion for sharing my experience with others.

We all have our own Yoga path and story, mine started with music, which is quite logical: as an operatic singer I’ve been working in the musical field for years.
First I fell in love with Mantra and some time later became a passionate Hatha Yoga practitioner, my first Yoga Class I took in 2013 and since then was devoted to personal Yoga development.
After finishing 200YTT in 2021 I am leading group and private Hatha Yoga classes in Vienna, which include both, physical (Hatha Yoga) and breathing exercises (Pranayama) and my love to Italy in combination with Yoga brought me to Sicily, where I organise yearly retreats.
I believe that Yoga, like music, helps us to ground ourselves, connect with inner and outer world on a completely different level; Yoga practice brings out the individuality and gives very special colour to our inner voice. And the side effects for our physical body are absolutely amazing too!

Dr. Anton Polyansky (University of Vienna) is a researcher in the fields of biophysics, molecular biology, and biomedicine with a long-term, deep interest in the Raja Yoga tradition. For the past eight years, he has been studying this path under his teacher, Naga Sadhu Alakh Puri of the Juna Akhara monastic order.
Anton’s approach integrates powerful tools from traditional yoga to work with body, breath, and mind — including dynamic asana flows, pranayama, and a variety of meditative practices.
His class helps students synchronise with their bodies, release tension, return to a state of inner balance, and build resilience to stress. The practice supports clarity, focus, and a deeper connection to one’s inner resources.
If you’ve never meditated but feel the call to start, this class is a welcoming entry point.
If you already explore meditation but seek more confidence and a structured approach — you’ll find it here as well.
Designed to be interactive, the class encourages presence, participation, and open sharing in a supportive space.
